Everything is going according to plan. Over the past year, Salmon Evolution has appointed seven key personnel who will take care of and administer their specialist fields. Overall, we now have a well-equipped team of 10 who will be working to realise Europe’s largest land-based fish farm. During the summer, we will be presenting our personnel – who are all hugely motivated to contribute to a more sustainable development.
Kamilla Mordal Holo
As project manager, Kamilla is primarily working to become familiar with the development and to create good parameters for necessary progress and commissioning. This is a big and complex project, and interaction with suppliers and partners will therefore be extremely important for delivering the process plant and structures on time, to budget and with the right quality
It is important for Kamilla that what she does accords with her values. She feels it is significant that her job has meaning for others than just herself. That is the case here, she explains gratefully:
“This plant will be significant for industry in the region and contribute a large number of new jobs. We’re building something new and thinking sustainably. All that motivates. And I’m really fortunate in being allowed to participate in a team where we help each other to achieve our full potential.”
