Both companies are controlled by Roger Halsebakk and are closely related to Tore Tønseth, chairman of the board of directors of Salmon Evolution ASA.
After the transaction Ronja Capital AS holds 0 shares in Salmon Evolution ASA and Ronja Capital Investment AS 32,407,311 shares in Salmon Evolution ASA, corresponding to an ownership of 7.0% of the issued and outstanding share capital of Salmon Evolution ASA.
The transaction is related to internal restructuring of Ronja Capital AS.
