Trond Håkon Schaug-Pettersen brings 18 years of experience from both the salmon industry and the capital market. Prior to joining Salmon Evolution in 2021, he served over 4 years as Senior Vice President Finance and Business Development at Hofseth International.
Before joining Hofseth International, Schaug-Pettersen worked for nine years as an investment banker at Swedbank/First Securities advising Norwegian and international companies on IPOs, equity and debt capital raisings, M&A, strategy, and restructurings.

Tore A. Tønseth is VP of Investments at Ronja Capital with 15+ years in finance. He previously worked as an equity analyst at SpareBank 1 Markets and Pareto Securities, specializing in seafood, technology, and industry.
From 2013 to 2019, he led seafood analysis at SpareBank 1 Markets and was a frequent speaker on seafood, finance, and sustainability. He also has experience as a product manager and system developer in tech start-ups.

With 25 years in the fishing and aquaculture industry, Peder Stette developed Peter Stette AS into a key supplier before merging with Optimar in 2014. After Optimar’s sale to Haniel in 2017, he served as CTO and later CCO until 2021. He is now CEO of Stette Holding, a family investment company.

Vibecke Bondø has extensive management experience in aquaculture. She was CFO of Vikna Sjøfarm from 2004 until its merger into SalmoNor in 2010, where she became CEO. After SalmoNor merged with Midt-Norsk Havbruk in 2021, she chaired NTS ASA until its acquisition by SalMar in 2022. She has held directorships in Seaborn, Salmon Group, Sjømat Norge, and NHO. Bondø now focuses on investments and select board roles.

Jan-Emil Johannessen has over 30 years of experience in the aquaculture industry.
For 10 years, he served as Head of Benchmark Genetics, playing a key role in establishing it as a leading global supplier of aquaculture genetics for salmon, shrimp, and tilapia.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has held numerous directorships in the industry and currently serves as chairman of the board at Sulefisk, a salmon producer.
Johannessen owns 173,333 shares in Salmon Evolution.
Anne Breiby holds a BSc in fisheries biology from the University of Tromsø and has held key roles in fisheries and aquaculture, including positions in the Norwegian Fish Farmers Association and the Ministry of Fisheries.
For the past 20 years, she has focused on boardroom work, with experience from Ulstein Group ASA, Rem Offshore ASA, Folketrygdfondet, Norges Sjømatråd AS, and Sparebanken Møre. She currently chairs Tafjord Kraft AS and St. Olavs Hospital HF and is deputy chair of Akva Group ASA.

Eunhong Min is the COO of Dongwon Industries and has broad international business experience. Prior to joining Dongwon, Mr. Min worked 27 years for Procter & Gamble and held various leading positions within the fields of strategy, business development and sales.
